He certainly could have stood to make more money by just going with our original plan to repair the existing slab garage foundation, but he instead told us what he would do if it were his home. We really appreciate his honesty and will certainly hire CNT Foundations when we start over on this old garage!"

"Mark and his "right hand," Liz are a pleasure to deal with, they're like friends. I've had Mark's skilled and friendly crew clean the boiler chimney and repair the chimney cap. Mark's crew is clearly knowledgeable and works with care and artistry. Both projects reasonably priced compared to other contractors. I highly recommend Eastern Chimney."

"Home Innovations Of Augusta responded to my inquiry almost immediately and set up a time to call the following week. After talking to them on the phone we quickly set up a time for them to come out and price the project. When they arrived, they were very polite and professional. I was not provided a quote but told that they would have to order new cabinet doors. Once Home Innovations Of Augusta got a price on the cabinet doors they would contact me again. That was the last I heard from them. One month after the initial call I sent a follow up message to see if they were going to be able to do the project or not. I again got a prompt reply saying they would look into why i hadn't received a quote. That was the last I heard from them. As my initial conversation and meeting with Home Innovations Of Augusta seemed to go well I had high hopes of some quality work but being completely ignored has changed my opinion. If Home Innovations Of Augusta had continued to act in a professional manner I would have had no issue with contracting them for the work and recommending them to others. As it is you will have to rely on other reviews of actual work completed."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"I call GEMACO the end of May to let Troy know I had another job for his company to do. We agreed on a time for one of his employees to come out and take the measurements so I would know how much laminate to order as well as other needed materials.  A couple days later Troy, himself came out and took measurements, we discussed other materials needed.  Troy made a wonderful suggestion on a substitute for the moisture barrier product that I had not used before.  When I went to Lowes to order the laminate I asked the flooring department about the substitute and they confirmed that a lot of people use Troy's substitute because it is a  better product for the moisture barrier and it is half the cost.  I really appreciated this savings.  When my flooring materials came into Lowes I called Troy to let him know and he told me he could pick it up bring it down so laminate could sit for a day and he'd get started the following day.  Troy called me from Lowes because there were several other things that were on my pick up order (chair railing, mulch, etc..,) that I had forgotten I had put on there, Troy picked that up to and brought it to my home as well...saving me a trip back in to pick up the other items.
The following day his team came out and set to work; old floor came up quick and easy, underfloor was swept and cleaned.  New flooring went down beautiful, job was completed inside of 3 days.  His team is clean, quick and efficient and I am enjoying my new flooring.
I have already given Troy the name and phone number for one of my Tenants  that I need to have the flooring done by early Fall.   It is a pleasure doing business with Troy's company.

"Tony came to our home and explained the project before it began. We were impressed with his pleasant and professional manner.  Tony gave us a detailed proposal and itemized the price of each component of the job, and he stuck to these estimates.  He gave us a proposed start date and was only a few days behind in order to finish a previous job.  His crew is professional, courteous, and skilled and communicated well with us.  As the work progressed, Tony was very responsive via phone and text messages.  He worked hard to make sure we were satisfied, and when we changed our minds on a couple things, he explained clearly the pros and cons of various alternatives so we could make the best decisions for our budget.  We would definitely use Tony Wallace again!
