"The job was poorly done and the most unprofessional contractor I have ever worked with . The job was supposed to be done by September , then Oct 15, finally November 1st. We staged the home and paid for professional photography . The contractor still had not finished . The quality of work was so poor and did not meet the final deadline. He threatened a lien on the property unless he had an opportunity to come back and finish the job. He came back and still took until mid December to finish and still left some items unfinished stating they were not in the scope of the job. (leaking hosebib) , tile not finished , caulking and paint not finished. The contractor did not enter the property other then 4 times in 4.5 months. The bid was so unspecified on the work to be done that the contractor could legally say "not within the scope". Paid 130,000.00 and the finish work was so poor and the stress of constant follow up and babysitting just to keep the job on task was tiring. Do not hire Dave"
