"I would highly recommend Walcutt's Outstanding Windows. Dewey and his son are very professional, honest and do outstanding work. I decided to use WOW after interviewing a few other window companies. His bid for doing full frame replacement was not that much more than a competitor's bid using the same window but using inserts. The house is 30 years old and I was concerned that I had some wood rot under 1 or 2 windows so wanted full frame replacement windows, was not comfortable using window inserts. Dewey was very honest and told me upfront that if there was significant wood rot there could be an additional charge. Fortunately only one window had wood rot and the additional charge was reasonable. Dewey did a great job installing the windows, including the interior and exterior trim. I needed to leave a few hours before WOW finished working on day 1 and was very comfortable leaving them alone in my house. When I returned they had secured the house and garage and even let my dog out of his pen as instructed. After much research I decided to use the ProVia Endure white vinyl windows. White was not want I initially wanted but I like the ProVia window but their interior color selection is very limited. It has only been a week since the windows were installed but the reduction in the outside noise in less and I love being able to easily open the windows."

"This is an addendum to the work completed on March 3rd 2017: Replaced 11 constructor grade windows including two ceiling to floor picture windows. We replaced them with Polaris triple pane windows. The original cost was $6,230. Almost a year later in January one of the picture windows (floor to ceiling), had frost inside. I notified John and sent him a photo. He immediately ordered a replacement. At my request, I asked him to wait for warmer weather to install it. There absolutely was no hassle. Stuff happens.
