"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"They installed the drai pipe in the joists of the basement ceiling so that I could not open the basement door completely. They are coing next week to fix it, at their cost."

"Was quoted over the phone for the job, which was very reasonable compared to others. Alvin also got back to me right away with answers to additional questions I had. He was able to schedule the job right away, which we needed since a hot water heater went bad. The two technicians showed up early and were very courteous and thoughtful about keeping the house clean while they worked. Eric and Gael did a great job. They were fast and efficent. I would not hesitate to hire Alvin's again."

"Joe went out of his way to ensure our heat was back on, this company really cares about its customers. Hard to find these days, Great Service!!"

"They were fabulous. Prompt return call after initial inquiry, they were conscientious of water, dirt on shoes on my floors and put towels down. Honest, educated and absolutely fair pricing for honest work. Would call again for any type of issue."

"The two men arrived on time, were courteous and expedient. They replaced my faucet and showed/explained what they had done before leaving. Shortly thereafter, I am experiencing a leak in my basement which may/may not be related to the project. If it continues, I will call them out to investigate the issue."

"My home jet well pump was failing after 27 years, Joe the Plumbers crew came in and Demo'd the old unit along with several feet of old copper pipe along with associated fittings. The plastic fittings were really imbedded inside the galvanized pie treads requiring heat and a lot of prying and cutting to remove them. They diagnosed the pump failure die to a water log tank where the diaphram went bad. They recommended that I get the tank replaced to extend the life of the new pump which I will do next week. Both plumbers were very neat, organized and professional. The came with all the parts needed to perform this job. Highly recommend them to any homeowner or business. I was able to contact them on the first call, and set up an appointment for the next day which was when the repair was performed. I They have a fixed cost for jobs so you know ahead of time. They do have an $89 fee just to some out, but well worth it as they do excellent work! This is the second time i used them for an emergency repair and give them a 9 out of 10 which is excellent!"
