"I was glad with how fast, friendly, easy it went for me to turn it in and get results quickly. They helped with my Angie's discount so it was good to know i got the best price (less than I imagined) to have this done. The possibility of having mold in a house is stressful enough... glad to have this go smoothly."

"The owner of the company was the one that cleaned my carpets. Very professional and friendly. I have had my carpet cleaned a couple times in the past and he did the best job of all of them. Would totally recommend this company. If I need my carpets cleaned again they will be the ones I call."

"This was our third season with AAA Lawn Care and here is a bit of history with them over the 3 years. They were originally called in to do an evaluation of our lawn when Scotts Lawn Care was not getting the job done properly. The tech who came out explained that after two weeks of weed control being applied you should be able to see the weeds either died or starting to wither which they were bot. He also said with a good application you should be able to walk the lawn and see the pellets of products in the grass. In our case we couldn't and he explained they were prolly spreading it too fast and thin. We decided to let Scotts go and went with AAA. <br /> Our first year with them was awesome. The weeds died and the lawn instantly started looking better. We never had to call them back for a touch up. We also did their soil conditioner, and core aeration. The only thing I didnt like the first year was they did the core aeration in the summer, instead of in the fall or spring like you seen it done most the time, also we did get the typical soil clumps you would normally get after this type of treatment. <br /> The second year was off to a great start as well except this time around the weed treatment didnt seem to have the same punch it did the year before and we had to call a couple times to have another treatment which they were also good about but sometimes call in it seemed like a hassle to them and they had to "fit" us in. Core aeration this year was done in the fall and seemed to have better results then the year before, as I think this time around the soil was softer in the fall than summer. This year we also used their mole program which worked but worked so good it almost made it not worth paying the price for the service because it charged for the whole year and we only had to use it the firs time. That's where the first problems started. We never got our fall or late fall treatments. No one ever showed up. The sometime late winter 2014 we got a call from one of their sales reps stating they wanted us back as a customer, I explained to him that we never canceled our service and we never got our fall or late fall treatments. He stated it must have been a mistake and that if we could over look that he would give us a great deal. I agreed and we signed back up for our six treatments. They gave us the first app for 19.00 which was great and they also gave us the core aeration for 50 vs 75 and the soil conditioner for 25. <br /> Year 2014, started off slow didn't get spring app until 4/30/14 while other companies where out doing the weeks before. I was told they were running a few weeks behind. Again the weed killer didn't seem to be working had to setup another service call. Didn't get late spring app until 6/17/14, again was told they were running behind a few weeks. summer app came 7/30, told the same thing running behind. Late summer app was done 9/25, same excuse, and fall app done 10/29. At the time of writing this the late fall app has not been done. I called them after this app and asked if I am now just get the fall app and its November basically when am I going to get the late fall, a part time office lady said that's a good question I typically don't work this late in the year let me find out, she explained that they are short staffed because most of their college workers have gone back to school or the seasonal workers are done for the year and that weather permitting the app would be done at the end of November, at which time I asked what about snow and she told me snow is good for the late fall app because its fast release. Again this year had to call multiple times about apps not killing weeds and noticed they years apps appeared to be rushed and thinly applied like the same results we got from Scotts. It seriously took more time to load and unload the trailer then it did to do the app. Lots of spots were never hit and I clearly watched them not get close to the fence line or around swing set. The biggest difference between the first year and the other two was that the first year a man walked out the app with a broadcast spreader and blanket sprayed the lawn for weeds. The second two years they started using a motorized machine that did everything in one. I believe this is where the quality went down hill. Their prices are good compared to Scotts and the first year was awesome but sophomore and junior years were a hassle and will not be coming back next year. <br /> This is not meant to bash them as a company but a truthful review of my experience with them over a period of three years. <br />"

FAQs for toxicity and mold removal projects in Grand Haven, MI

Remediation should keep mold from returning as long as the moisture source is eliminated. Fix leaks, control humidity, and replace water-damaged materials, then schedule periodic inspections to stay ahead of new growth. With those safeguards, your home can stay mold-free for the long haul while protecting both health and property value.

Most pros recommend leaving the home while they work on mold remediation. Removing mold stirs up airborne spores that can aggravate respiratory issues, and contractors can work more efficiently in an empty space. A short, temporary relocation keeps everyone in your family safe and lets the crew finish the job without interruption.

Mold shouldn’t return once the moisture problem is fixed. Stay vigilant: repair leaks right away, keep humidity below 50 percent with a dehumidifier placed in damp areas, and improve ventilation where needed. Routine checks for leaks and mold and quick repairs go a long way toward keeping your home mold-free.

Mold spores can trigger nasal congestion, throat irritation, coughing, wheezing, eye irritation, or skin rashes. People with asthma, allergies, or weakened immune systems often feel the effects sooner and more intensely. Some molds also release mycotoxins linked to serious respiratory or neurological issues. Swift remediation and better ventilation are the best defenses.
