"We were very pleased with the staircase and railing construction completed by MGM Carpentry and highly recommend them for Carpentry and construction work. Mike worked efficiently completing the demolition of the previous stairs and railing in one day. He identified and corrected structural deficiencies from the previous construction and completed the remodel and finish work within the time he originally stated it would take to complete the job. He was even able to stay on-budget with the exception of the additional repairs identified during demolition. Even then, he discussed any changes early and found effective solutions that didn’t significantly increase the cost of completing the work. "The job was completed within one day. Additionally, there was an issue related to the initial construction that required new exterior siding. It delayed the job for an hour or so while Nyboer tried several locations for matching siding. Eventually some was located and matched the existing siding. In this case, the Jay and Dave were there to do the actual work!"
