"I am very selective and careful with who I do business with. I have worked with 5 other plumbers over the last 5 years, and with large and small companies. Martin with Longhorn Plumbing is a true professional and expert in the field. He is the best of the 5 that I've worked with. He was very quick to make it over to the property to begin work. For example, I had a tub drain issue that was causing a leak in my property. Martin quickly came over the same day, diagnosed, and resolved the issue. Impressed by his work, I asked if he would do additional plumbing work for me that day including installing a toilet, and installing sinks and drains for the bathrooms and kitchen. That evening, he completed all of the work asked. Lastly, I called Martin a week later to repair a major main line issue where the pipe was broken 6 feet underground. My other plumber contacts said they could get out there in 2-3 days, but Martin showed up in a few hours after my call and completed this major work the same day. Despite his fast service, the work is top-notch quality and the pricing is fair. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and I know can count on him to provide an honest expert opinion. "We had a sewer line break. It was a major expense, so we interviewed & got bids from six companies. Finn-Tastic was the fifth we talked to, and thank goodness we went that far. The others’ estimates were from $1k-$11k higher. All of the others said we’d have to remove and replace a sidewalk. The Finn-Tastic guys said “there’s no need to dig it up, we can work around it to save you the money.” Some refused to believe the break was where it was because it didn’t make sense to them (despite the fact we’d had a company locate the break). The Finn-Tastic guys jumped on the roof and ran their own camera down a drain vent to confirm the break, without wanting us to pay them up front. So, we hired them. They did everything they said they could do, and when the job got a little harder than they expected, they stayed late into the night (on a Friday!) to make sure the drain was back in service. No talk of changing the estimate or raising the price — they stuck right to the original bid. They were polite, friendly, and had great attitudes about their work. I hope we never need a plumbing repair like that again, but if we do, Finn-Tastic will be our FIRST call."

"Bryan Stalcup did a great job and saved us a LOT of time and money. He responded quickly and we found him to be very helpful, experienced, and honest. Our toilets weren't flushing right and we had sewage smells coming out of our drains. A different company came out, disconnected our toilet, incorrectly diagnosed the problem, and told us the repair would cost thousands of dollars to fix and they couldn't do it for a week. They instructed us not to use any plumbing until they returned in seven days. (!!) We called Stalcup for a second evaluation. Bryan was on-site fast. He unclogged our sewer line within 20 minutes, ran a video camera down the entire line to show us that it was clear and undamaged, and re-sealed our toilet for 3% (yep, THREE percent) of the cost the other company had quoted. He also taught us how to stop our toilet from continuously running. The plumbing has worked perfectly since his visit. We especially appreciate that Bryan knew another company had quoted us for a large repair and could have taken advantage of this, but instead he was honest, helpful, and fast. Thank you Bryan! We've found our plumber from now on."

This was the most responsive and professional trades company I’ve ever worked with. Doug came out and snaked my line and cleared everything out with a hydro jet. He even put a camera down our sewer line for free to make sure everything else was ok inside the pipes. I won’t be calling any other plumbing company but Double M from now on!"
