"Bryan Stalcup did a great job and saved us a LOT of time and money. He responded quickly and we found him to be very helpful, experienced, and honest. Our toilets weren't flushing right and we had sewage smells coming out of our drains. A different company came out, disconnected our toilet, incorrectly diagnosed the problem, and told us the repair would cost thousands of dollars to fix and they couldn't do it for a week. They instructed us not to use any plumbing until they returned in seven days. (!!) We called Stalcup for a second evaluation. Bryan was on-site fast. He unclogged our sewer line within 20 minutes, ran a video camera down the entire line to show us that it was clear and undamaged, and re-sealed our toilet for 3% (yep, THREE percent) of the cost the other company had quoted. He also taught us how to stop our toilet from continuously running. The plumbing has worked perfectly since his visit. We especially appreciate that Bryan knew another company had quoted us for a large repair and could have taken advantage of this, but instead he was honest, helpful, and fast. Thank you Bryan!
