It so happened I had a plumber at my house on the same day to fix something inside the house. I pointed out the leak to my plumber and he was not interested in fixing it since it was not what I contacted them to do. Richard was willing to fix the leak that night in the dark so that I would not have to turn off the water to the house. He's a great guy, does quality work for a quite reasonable price."

"Incredible service from these guys. Got referred to them from a friend after getting an outrageous quote for a water heater issue. Called in the evening and spoke to Charolette, she was incredibly nice and helpful. Michael came the next morning around 10am and diagnosed the issue and had a quote within the hour, and even offered to do the work same day so we could have hot water again, By 3pm he and Brad had removed the old and installed a new water heater, rerouted the lines to its new location, installed new safer venting, and cleaned up like nobody had even been there. "I did not technically "hire" Talbot Plumbing, but felt I needed to share my experience. I had extremely low water pressure the past few weeks and wasn't sure what the cause was. They took the time to look in several areas of my house and determine that it was due to the water softener. Although they don't work on water softeners, I wasn't charge a cent for the problem determination and I appreciate the time (both the drive and time spent).
