"What made their service so good was their professionalism; they didn't stop working until the job was done. No matter what little problems came up, they kept going. They are excellent, professional, and very pleasant."

"Ker and his team have done multiple renovations for me from full renovations to kitchen and space conversions. I can't say enough wonderful things about their attention to detail, ability to stay on top of cost so that the projects are as close as possible to their estimate, and top-notch workmanship. I trust Ker's expertise in building, design, and execution. We always look forward to doing business with AllPro."
The New Home is very functional with a distinguished look.
The kitchen/dining room is the perfect fit for a family on the go. From the custom built cabinets, Quartz counters, tile, reclaimed barnwood beams, tile backsplash, and everything being easy to clean and in the right spot.
Very spacious Living room with plenty of light, a fireplace, and lots of storage with the bookcase built ins.
Mud rooms tend to be very large and get cluttered fast. With this design, the lockers and a large closet adjacent, the clutter always has a spot.
A smaller laundry room that is function centric. Stacked washer/dryer with a soaking sink and plenty of storage.

"Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. If you?re planning to hire Ayer?s, dont"
With Ayers’ full-perimeter waterproofing system and CleanSpace wall protectant, the basement is now dry, clean, and secure. Water is directed into the drainage system and safely pumped out, giving the homeowners peace of mind that their investment is protected and their renters have a safe, comfortable home.
These homeowners were preparing to invest in a 1920s home but knew it needed serious repairs before being rental-ready. The basement had significant water intrusion, leading to mold, cracked walls, and structural concerns—making it unsafe for future tenants.
Amy and Ryan’s crawl space was damp, dirty, and filled with cobwebs, leaving them uneasy about its effect on their home’s stability. Water intrusion was a major concern, and they worried about long-term damage.
A family struggled with moisture issues in their basement, preventing them from creating additional living space. That's when they contacted Ayers about their wet basement problems.
This historic lakeside home was plagued by serious basement issues, including bowing and crumbling walls, severe cracks, and a dirt floor that allowed constant water intrusion. The foundation was at risk, jeopardizing the home's structural integrity.

"I regret calling this company. I have attached two pictures, try and guess which one was before and which one is after me spending $650. 1. I brought them out to do a poly lift and fill for the slab leading up to my porch and the area under the porch. I needed two things done, bolstering and filling the space under my porch to prevent damage to my porch or foundation, and I needed them to fix the giant crack between my porch and sidewalk. I was told in the estimate this was all doable. We agree that they will lift and poly fill the four slabs leading up to my porch so it is even, and they will fill and bolster under the porch itself. 2. I pay the deposit, half of the total cost, up front to begin work. The day comes and I let the guys know I would love to see what it looks like when it's done, give me a knock on the door and I'll come check it out. They leave without telling me, which should have been my first red flag, and I go to check out their work. Had they not drilled a dozen ugly holes 1-2" wide in my sidewalk and porch, which I was told would be no bigger than a dime, I would not have even known they were here. 3. We go back and forth for another 2 weeks discussing what will be done to remedy this, and they end up sending another guy out to add more material underneath the porch, which I was appreciative of at the time, but when he left I once again could not tell that anything was even done. I still have a huge gap under my porch, the giant crack is still there, and now I have a dozen patched holes leading up to my house as a daily reminder not to call Kent Home Services again. 4. After further discussion over what can be done to remedy this, they tell me that they are unable to perform the job as agreed upon, will be wiping the remainder of my bill (something I appreciate, but had I known the end result I would never have called them and would have just bought 2 bags of Quickrete and done the job myself for a fraction of the cost and time), and we will be done talking about it. 5. On top of this, they took my fancy hose nozzle with them and left me with my standard hose nozzle. This isn't even a big deal to me, it's $25, but it's the principle of it. When questioned about this they told me that the foreman took a look around and they couldn't find it. This was the last communication I received from them. Again, I implore you to try and guess which picture is before and which is after. If you can easily tell, and have several unused hose nozzles laying around, then Kent Home Services is the company for you. If you can't tell, neither can I, but you didn't have to spend $650 to figure that out."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Grandville, MI

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
