"James and his crew at Cox Custom Remodeling did a great job with our bathroom remodel. Our house was built in 1900 and the nonstandard framing made things more complicated. His lead, Dan was particularly great, taking the extra time to understand components we picked that were new to him. James always had a positive attitude, showed up when he indicated and got things done. Low dust, protection for floors and respect for the rest of the house while the construction was going on. James also provided the best tile guy, Eugene, that did a fantastic job with natural stone and the complicated very fragile mosaic. We would definitely use Cox Custom Remodeling again. "Travis showed up for his estimate on the job on time.  He walked the area's asked questions and had an estimate to us within a few days.  The two employees that did the work were very professional.  They worked cleanly, never leaving a mess and knew what they were doing.  They even vacuumed up all the sawdust created from the work, even in the grass.  The only thing that didn't happen that was part of the estimate was to have the porch light turn on to a motion detector.  We mentioned it to Travis and he personally came out within a couple of days and installed the motion detector.

"Matthew spent considerable time discussing the job with us prior to bidding, and gave us a thorough and well-thought-through bid. He kept us informed during the job when there would be weather delays and let us know when to expect the crew. The crew worked very diligently each day on-site. The biggest expense for our home remodel project was the addition of a sun room. The room required several steps which included replacing three windows, removal of siding on the home and replacing it with drywall, new electrical, and new plumbing. Squire Creek Construction was not contracted to complete the electrical and plumbing as it is not part of their repertoire but Pete was able to recommend several reputable companies. Pete framed the sun room, sauna, and dressing room. He also installed flooring, windows, skylights, doors, and cedar siding in the sauna and dressing room. We bought the sauna stove at a specialty store and had Pete install it for us. Pete also remodeled the deck that is attached to our new additon. He extended the roof line and installed several skylights and a trellis on the end of our deck. Our biggest compliment to Pete is that he took time to be sure the job was done correctly the first time. We were impressed with his attention to detail and all the work we had done looks beautiful!"
