"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"My install required slot if trouble shooting to provide me with high speed 1MG speed. The guys were able to back track existing work and make sense out of something I thought I would never have. Once they got the new work up and running I was blown away at the speed and Consistency of my network. Amazing really. The previous companies said they wound not touch previous work ti correct other peopleâ s mistakes. AVA did not. They told me in the beginning of the job that they wound t leave or quit until I was 100% satisfied."
