A problem arose a week or so after the new system was installed and on-line caused by interfacing new system with old previously condensate drain system. Aire Serv was fantastic. They responded immediately (after hours on a Sunday) and got the system corrected. They also repaired a small amount of damage caused by water backing up in the condensate line - no questions asked. They were the kind of folks you look for and want to have working with you on your A/C - I can't rate them highly enough. We will never use another a/c service company at this location . For reference this was a 2 zone system (3.5 tonne and 2.5 tonne) with new wifi enabled thermostats ( which are WONDERFUL) Now we can adjust temp from the road and have the house just right when we get home."

"I hired Manny from Angi. He and his co-worker Abel came to my home last week to verify that my A/C needed replacing. Manny took the time to inspect my unit and found several mistakes the installer made 10 years ago. I got a quote that was several hundred dollars less than another A/C company. I scheduled Manny to come out today to do the job. I could tell from the beginning that Manny and Abel knew what they were doing. While Manny was disconnecting the condenser, Abel was in the attic tearing out the old unit and began putting in the new coils and return air duct work. The job took 6 hours. When they were finished, I inspected the completed job. It was an amazing transformation. The A/C was cooling the house until it became frigid. With the new thermostat everything was easy to program and use. I would recommend Manny and Son Air Conditioning and Heating to any one whom need any type of work done on their heating or A/C. They are trustworthy and dependable."

"The ancient A/C unit outside my home failed.  The Grant repairman was honest about it being old and unlikely to continue to work, but without pressure to buy a new unit.  He fixed it.  Sure enough, it failed about 2 weeks later; I decided to have the unit replaced.  Grant  quoted a price and honored it with no add-on charges, etc.  They were prompt and professional in completing the work and very thorough.  Later, the office called to tell me they were refunding my previous service fee, even though I had not asked them to do so.  I would definitely work with this company again and recommend them to others."
