"Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff... highly service-oriented.  Did an excellent job replacing all windows, including outside finishing.  The owner worked hard to make special supplier arrangements in order to custom-match our interior color scheme.  Owner also did extra work in dealing with the materials vendor - who was not his usual supplier - when that vendor initially sent wrong-sized windows (supplier's error).  The installation crew did a good job of clean-up following actual installation.  Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure more timely follow-up; on several occasions, we had to initiate scheduling and/or status reporting from our end.  But that said, it's clear that customer service and excellent workmanship at fair pricing are top priorities for this company.

"We hired Mitch to paint our house. We had a hard time finding someone to do it. I saw an ad on Facebook for McClovers cleaning with interior painting pictures of their work. I contacted them to see if they did exterior house painting. They are a family owned business and when we met to go over details I knew right away I wanted them to do the job. We had whether related issues to deal with so the job was put off til spring. Once Mitch was able to start he put his all into it! Very easy to work with and very eager to make the customer happy. "They basically did the inspection, but didn't repair anything at that time until we had time to talk to the insurance adjuster. They did a good job. They worked with the insurance company. They honored the price that the insurance company quoted in the estimate. The roof itself is pretty good."

Since this was a 20Year old roof and the second layer as well we wanted an honest evaluation. We felt that Mark gave us a good inspection and a detailed estimate. He went the extra mile to get us an additional sample that was in the catalog before we made a decision. He explained the process so we knew what to expect. In spite of the rain they came out within two weeks. The crew started at 7 and finished after 5. They cleaned up and everything looked great when they were done. We are very satisfied with the quality and look of the roof. There was a slight hiccup when the shingles were delivered and placed so they blocked the garage. A call to Mark got that corrected quickly so we could move a car if needed. Overall a good experience."
