"American Home Renewal recently replaced 7 double hung windows in our home. We had 3 window replacement companies come to our home discuss the process and give us estimates. Chris from American Home Renewal was by far the most professional. He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. We could not be more pleased with American Home Renewal's level of professional service and care."

"Kevin and his crew replaced my mother's siding and trim with Hardi products and it looks great. They found some local termite and wet rotted rim joist under the rotted siding. They replaced the joist after bringing in a professional pest guy to spray the framing to kill the termites. My home didn't have any building paper or flashing around the windows. Kevin's crew installed metal flashing and Tyvek wrap before they started the siding, all included in the original price. They used adhesive flashing around the windows over the Tyvek then installed the Hardi trim directly on the frame before they installed the Hardi siding. All the windows and doors have metal flashing above and below. The rains damaged some fresh caulking and they were here the following Saturday to fix it. No question we hired the right contractor. Next spring we plan to have Kevin's crew replace the remaining side of the house siding since it wasn't in the budget to do it this year. Great pricing!"

Window Design Group promised me a delivery time on the windows and an estimated installation date and they were true to it. They actually were three days earlier than they said. When does that ever happen with construction work at your home??? All I am saying is Window Design Group made this whole process so easy. Eli was a fantastic installer too!

" The  old window was a slightly smaller. He had  to make several adjustments to make the new one fit properly.
 
Completely sealed around  the  frame .  Replaced  cedar shakes around the window .
It has an original appearance .

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"How do you write a review that makes it obvious that this is the contractor to select? I contacted Shaun shortly after closing on our new house because there were several things that needed immediate attention and there were also some things that my wife and I wanted to change prior to moving in. Shaun arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment and listened to what we were looking to have done, plus he offered several ideas of his own to help make our decisions easier. I asked for his quote to be broken down by job since I thought there was a chance we were asking to have more done than we could afford. I received the quote later that day and was pleasantly surprised that I could afford to have everything done. He asked when we would like to start work and I told him the sooner the better since we were waiting for the work to be complete prior to moving into the house. His crew started two days later and after each day they cleaned up any mess that was made. As they were working, my wife and I kept finding other things that we wanted done. All that was needed was a quick phone call to Shaun and it was done. I knew that we were adding to the total bill but the quality of work was fantastic and worth the extra cost. I would rate every job that SR Construction performed as 10 out of 10! I have already recommended them to two different friends that have just bought houses and I can honestly say that if you are looking for a contractor, Shaun is a great choice!"

he found a way to do it.
He suggested to paint the doors instead of replacing them which saved me money.
he had 2 men working along with him to speed up the completion of the project.
