"On December 4th the wind blew my rubber flat roof off the addition to my home. Phil, the owner, was at my house the next morning before I left for work to look at the damage. His crew came a couple hours later to tarp it until they could replace it. Saturday morning they were there early and finished it. Phil kept in communication with me the entire time explaining everything they were doing. I was completely freaked out when it happened and he really calmed me down. I will be using them again for the main house and have already told a friend about them. Phil is a super friendly guy and you could tell he cares about his clients. "The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

"I was replacing all of my basement windows because the wood frames were rotten in places and had lead paint. The contract said "replacement window, new flashing", which I thought meant what the salesman told me, the entire frame. The person who came to measure called me on the phone, and he told me that all the damaged wood would stay, but I didn't understand him well over the phone. When the windows were actually installed, they left virtually all of the damaged wood and lead paint. They came back today not to make plans to fix anything, just to insist to my face that I was wrong and they were right, and the salesman didn't count."
