"After arriving a bit late (though they were very good about keeping me updated regarding the delay), Tony was great about trying to help us identify the source of a leak causing a significant muddy area in the yard. When I was skeptical regarding his guess about the source, he and his assistant dug up the yard a bit to confirm the source was not underground. (Tony was right all along--it wasn't.) He also looked at our water heater (which they do routinely, apparently) and saw that our expansion tank was not functioning. He explained why this mattered, why it likely wasn't working (age), and replaced it."

He replaced the water heater and when I smelled gas afterwards he double checked all the pipes, including the gas pipes, and fixed the gas leaks, on an old pipe for the gas, immediately. "They gave me an estimate on replacing a toilet and stuff. They were outrageously high. It was a ridiculous price. They came in real professional, they put stuff on their shoes and all that. I couldn't get in touch with them when I was going to get a sink disposal unit. Apparently we couldn't do it because we're on septic tank. I called the guy several times and I don't know if he ever tried to call me back or not. I don't think he made too much of an effort for it. I don't know if they were busy or what. It was probably about $200 or less for that. It was either a faucet or garbage disposal or something like that that they would install. I wanted to do a garbage disposal and found out we couldn't do it. The responsiveness when they were going to do the faucet or disposal had to be a 'D'"

He assessed the problem and provided me with two quotes: One, to unclog drain and repair garbage disposal. Two, unclog drain and replace garbage disposal. I chose the quote for a replacement. Service was performed rather quickly, within an hour after actual work was begun. I would definitely hire them again."
