"Our Tech, John. Did an excellent job in getting me out of hot water (literally). I tried replacing 2 badly corroded cut-off valves to our sink, and couldn't get the new valves to stop leaking. Had to cut off our hot water & called several plumbers. John of High Mark was the first to respond, replacing the corroded pipes, allowing me to turn my hot water back on.
