"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... This made the whole process very smooth, from interactions over the phone with Danny and the receptionist, estimates and troubleshooting with John, and day-of install with Diego. And most importantly, the actual install of the HVAC equipment was very neat, tidy, and professional. Everything is level and lines up together, seams are sealed, wiring and piping is all neatly routed. A quality install matters more than what brand you choose, and these guys do a great job.
