"First, a word or two on Carlos:  a genuinely great guy, who is up front on cost and very knowledgeable about his line of work. 
We had about a one inch gap under our kitchen sink that grew steadily since we moved in to our newly built home.  It seems the builder, or the sub who performed the work, fitted the pipes incorrectly.  Over time, the improper alignments began to reveal itself and water began to fall unto the cabinet bottom.  Carlos identfied the issue right away.  Within an hour or so, all of the pipes were replaced.  Originally, the cost was 225.00, but Carlos was kind enough to ask where I found his services.  When I responded with Angie's List, and without hesitation, he gave the me advertised discount.

Ronnie and Dave at Granite Vision were very friendly and helpful from the first time we walked in their store.  They have a wide range of colors to choose from and they let us spend a lot of time just walking around their warehouse looking, making just a few suggestions based on our price range and our kitchen setup (cabinets, wall color, etc).

The price above included the granite, as well as removal of our old countertops, new sink & faucet, and a plumber (which they can subcontract out or we could have used our own) to install the new sink and hook everything up.  In total, a comparable price to other estimates that we received.

I had to move the install day on them once - they were very flexible which was nice.  On the day of the install they showed up well within the window they gave me and did a great job.  Because of the shape of our counters they had to install the counters in two pieces with one seam, which you can't even tell unless you look closely.  The kitchen looks 100% better!

Service and product were first rate and I would definitely recommend them!

The owner of the company came to our house to take measurements and provide an estimate that was very reasonable when compared to the more well-known national companies that franchise locally. "Edmund is my hero! Showered in the morning to find the faucet had broken and the water would not turn off.  After turning off the main water to the house, I attempted to repair myself. I knew what needed to be done, but got stuck at a certain point and did not want to cause any damage.  Called Crown Plumber and Edmund told me he was nearby and could come right out.  He fixed the faucet, replaced the handle, and showed me where I went wrong in my repair attempt.  He was professional and charged me what he quoted on the phone. "A-Master assessed our plumbing issue (bad check valve on well pump and bad pressure tank). Quote for repairs included pulling the pump to replace check valve. Cost was quite a bit more than another plumber quote we had received so we went with the cheaper option (also because that plumber was under contract with our home warranty company). Was very impressed with A-Master plumber's professionalism, speed of diagnosis, punctuality, explanation of repairs needed, and communications. They were definitely superior in those areas to the cheaper plumber, but for this job we decided the cheaper option was sufficient."

"The plumber performed a cursory check of the plumbing in the house. The outdoor faucets and refrigerator ice maker line were overlooked as well as the floor drain under the spa tub.. On the phone prior to the visit, I asked how long it would take to perform the   water heater "flush" and inspection. He said about 45 minutes. It took him about 30 minutes including the water heater flush. He looked at the plumbing in/under each sink, tub and shower and noted there was no evidence of leaks and  pointed out   a few obvious problems I was already aware of ( e.g. disconnected sink plugs, old faucets, etc.). Even though this was an Angie's List "Big Deal" supposedly at half the usual price, i thought it was excessive for the  service provided.
