"The ordering and installation processes were great! The salesman visited our house and helped us select stain for the new windows that matched our existing trim. The windows and replacement trim were stained prior to installation. The salesman, measuring expert, and installation crew were friendly, on time, and very professional. The installation involved no surprises and was completed in the order of our requests. We paid a small fee for the installation crew to remove and reinstall all hardware for the drapes and blinds and it was definitely worth it. The interior and exterior weatherproofing was a plus.
