"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Brett, the electrician, was prompt, courteous, professional...an excellent tradesman.  And, he returns phone calls, promptly. <br /> A  bit of effort was required to replace and repair our bathroom exhaust fan and duct work.   He did a great job.  Simply put, we are <br /> satisfied with the Company and its rep.   This is the second time this year we have had Sudduth Electric do work at our home.   Good people....great job.  <br />"

"Mike & his crew were excellent. They were punctual & very receptive to any changes that needed to be made at the last moment. The entire crew were very professional, hard working & frequently checked in with me about how I wanted things done, where to place items, etc. In short, Action Moving & Storage was the best thing about this move. They made it seamless & easy. This is a company you can trust to do right by you!"

"It was such an easy process. Greg said he would be able to pop over a day in the near future to take a look at what we needed. Just a few days later he called me with a color match and a quote for the job. We were happy with the price and he said that he would be able to come with in the next few weeks since it was such a quick job and would squeeze us in when in the area. He came sooner than expected and the down spout looks great! Now he is just issuing a bill and we are good to go! This was a very effortless task on our part and that is due to the great responsiveness and on-task management by Greg. <br />"

"Chad from Grunts for Hire was prompt and professional and performed quality work. The steps that needed to be replaced required custom-cut pieces, but that was not an issue for Chad. We recommend Grunts for Hire and would hire them again in the future."

"I called FINDING TIME LLC after I had made connections with another contractor that, for whatever reasons, suddenly stopped returning my calls.  We had wanted to replace the vanity faucet before Thanksgiving because it leaked and the finish was deteriorating.  Also, we needed TV wall mount installed in our bedroom.  These are both tasks that I used to do for myself, but I am now disabled and need someone else to do these things.  I first talked to Troy on Friday, November 22, 2013.  I told him what we needed and he said they could probably do the job the week after Thanksgiving.  I then asked him if there was any way they might have time to do the job before Thanksgiving, and he said he'd look at his schedule and call me on Monday, Novemvber 25.  He did call Monday to say they would be coming Wednesday the 27th, l between 8:00a.m. and 8:30a.m.  They arrived at about 8:15a.m. that morning, took a look at what needed to be done, and went back to the truck for equipment.  They proceeded to put down drop cloths all the way from the entrance to the house, to the bathroom, and into the bedroom so they would not dirty up any of the floors.  Very nice!  Troy started working on the faucet, and Alex worked on the TV wall mount.  Very little was said between them that didn't have to do with  the job at hand.  Troy got the worst of it as the faucet fittings were corroded and resisted removal.  He finally had to saw off the fittings in order to continue (I'm sure it took much longer to remove than initially anticipated).  Alex did a great job on the TV wall mount, which we are enjoying very much. <br />   <br /> All in all, they responded promptly when I called, made efforts to get the work done at an earlier date, did the job well and did not leave a mess.  We would certainly hire them again.  As a matter of fact, I just accepted their bid to do some more work for us, and this is just a week after their first projects here.  Our biggest problem in our house is finding someone with experience to do smaller jobs around our house, as most guys would prefer the bigger jobs.  We are happy so far. <br />"

"Good. We replaced our old, ugly front door with a beautiful, high-quality full glass door. The installation was efficient. When the deadbolt didn't line up as well as it should, they came back the same day to adjust it. The sales person was helpful with all of our questions and not pushy in any way."

FAQs for thermostat installation and replacement projects in Green Bay, WI

Smart thermostats may be worth it for many homeowners. They come with various features, including voice control and smartphone apps. Vacation mode can help lower energy usage when you’re out of town for an extended period. Alert warnings let you know about major spikes or drops in temperature. Smartphone apps can track energy usage, and smart thermostats can learn your routine over time to adjust your temperature and reduce wasted energy consumption automatically.

You typically do not need more than one smart thermostat. While it’s common to see multiple mechanical thermostats throughout a large home, multiple smart thermostats may try to override each other. This can lead to problems with the HVAC system. Ensure the unit you buy has the option for dual- or multi-zoned systems to avoid compatibility issues.

Installing a programmable or smart thermostat may save you $180 per year in utility costs. A big part of this comes from a smart thermostat’s ability to learn and adapt to your regular routines. With smartphone apps or web-based interfaces, you also have the option to control your thermostat when you’re not home.
