"The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

"Window replacement I did have some issues with the original windows installed by Wisconsin Window Pro's, but Jody did work with the window manufacturer and they did eventually come out to the house and fix all the known issues with the windows. I have to admit that I was a little upset to start with, you spend $9000 and expect quality. Jody did come through in the end and did get the manufacturer out here to fix everything. I have to say that Jody NEVER forgot about my windows and always followed through."

They provided me with multiple contacts, so there was always someone I could get a hold of if I had questions. Everyone I worked with was helpful and respectful. There were some delays, but mostly related to weather and material availability, and all delays were clearly communicated in advance. When I brought up a few details that I wasn't 100% happy with in the final walk through, they were back to my home within a week to fix/ finish things up. They installed new windows throughout the house, new siding, soffit, facia, and wraps."
