"December 31st, 2018 Dear Wasco, My Dad and I purchased Wasco windows for our home in 2001. A total of 18 windows. At the time, my Dad considered purchasing our windows from several difference area companies. He traveled to each of them comparing the price and quality of the windows. After doing his homework, my Dad decided that Wasco would be the best company to purchase the windows for our home. My Dad was retired and I was still working. We decided to split the cost of the windows. I am quite certain that one of the things that helped my Dad to make his decision was the Lifetime Warranty that came with the sale. I did not think a whole lot about it then but my Dad did. A few years ago, I noticed the black seals inside of the windows had began to buckle. I also noticed the shades in my bedroom would move whenever it was windy outside. So I called to express my concern. I had not looked at the paperwork we had saved from 2001. I was scared to death to have a technician come and look at my windows because I knew it would be difficult for me to pay for 18 new windows to be installed. I was thrilled beyond measure when I was told that our windows were covered by the Lifetime Warranty. If I could have done cartwheels, I would have! The receptionist I spoke with was friendly and really helpful. She explained that she would send out a technician to look at my windows. A few days later Brad arrived. After closely inspecting several of the windows, he got out his measuring tape and measured every single window in our home. I was told that I would need to only pay for the trip charge ($54.95) and that all other costs would be taken care of. I was SO IMPRESSED. It is not often in our day and age you find contractors or companies who are willing to stand behind their products and work. This is exactly what Wasco does and did! A week or so later, Brad and Rob returned with brand new glass and seals for all 18 of our windows. They spent all day working. Both Brad and Rob were friendly and professional. I felt comfortable having them in my home. One of the duo stayed outside working in the truck installing the new glass and seals into the window frames. While the second gentleman removed one window at a time, took it outside and then brought it back in and re-installed it once again. It was quite cold out the day the windows were installed. I was grateful for how well Brad and Rob worked together and how quickly the windows were changed out. The new glass and seals have made a huge difference in the warmth we feel in our home. The shades do not move a bit even when it is extremely windy outside. I am handicapped and really appreciate the tip in windows. It would be extremely difficult for me to remove windows and screens to clean our windows. The tip in/out windows make it possible for me to still clean our windows. I am really thankful for this. I would highly recommend Wasco to any of my neighbors and friends who are shopping for new windows. "My husband and I purchased a house recently and a few of our current windows had dry rot and our sliding door was in horrible shape. The day we closed on our house we had Mad City come out for a quote to replace 2 windows and our sliding door. The sales guy even check another window that needed a repair and seen it to had dry rot. We talked and were able to come to an agreement on price and installation date. They had the windows in the time frame quoted. "I will try to keep this short. I have waited weeks till I had time to completely digest the events. I am retired, skilled and experienced in the trades plus I have many decades as a skilled and US Gov. licensed technician and inspector. The ONLY thing that kept this from being a D were the two guys nailing down the shingles. I watched them like an FAA inspector. They aligned each shingle before nailing it x5. The "roof" looks good but not my driveway. I was up on the roof the entire time with the "good crew." I saw ALL their flaws and was shocked. I wish I could post the photos I took. My drive was now has approximately 30 feet of grooves cut into it by the carpenter of this crew. He was cutting plywood for repairs and just laid the wood flat on my drive way and cut away with his skill saw. Well the skill saw went through the wood right into my drive way. I showed the Project Manager and he said "well when you reseal the drive way it will cover up the all the cuts." This same designated crew carpenter cut plywood repairs either way to small and left 1/2" to 3/4" gaps or to big. If they were to big he just beat on the plywood or jumped up and down on it till it went in. This was done to the GREAT amusement of other crew members. This same Crew Carpenter "tried" to drive a 8 Common Nail but it dent over. Instead of pulling the bent over nail out he just hammered in so laid horizontally smashed into the plywood. In front of the crew I dug it out and put in a nail correctly. They cut shingles on newly laid Ice Barrier material cutting the barrier. I mentioned this to the Project Manager and he said " the shingles will cover it." Ice Barrier is self sticking. One section had waves in it. I brought this to the Crew Lead and he said they will just cut the width of the Ice Barrier to get it to lay flat. So much for the Ice Barriers integrity. One of the guys just threw the styrofoam chutes vents in the attic between the roof rafters. The chutes say right on them staple. None of mine were stapled or pushed down into the eaves correctly. I corrected all of them myself. The project Manager was going to I subtract for my time spent. I said no thanks. My brown Valley W Channel was dented and scratched up. One 3" dent came close to going through the this metal. I again mentioned this to the Project Manager and he said it probable happened by dragging stuff over the installed Valley W Channel. For brevity these are only some of the problems/issues. The Project "only" said sorry when I handed him the final $10,000.00 check. I did speak to a manager and salesman from Infinity. They fixed stuff and offered to replace the dented and scratched W Valley Channel. I declined because it would require disturbing a good number of fresh/new shingles. For the many cuts in my driveway they offered $300 off the bill. We told them to donate the $300 to a local private animal shelter and do it in our name. It you use this company you or somebody knowledgeable in this type work oversee EVERYTHING ALL the time. The clean up guy worked hard for 12 hours picking up all the old stuff as it came off the roof."

"Installers were on time, kind, friendly, not too. Professional, cleaned up all mess, even mess they didn't make, and fixed the carpet where it met the new door. Also, smelled burning and found a coat that hat a sleeve burning in fireplace."

"Window replacement I did have some issues with the original windows installed by Wisconsin Window Pro's, but Jody did work with the window manufacturer and they did eventually come out to the house and fix all the known issues with the windows. I have to admit that I was a little upset to start with, you spend $9000 and expect quality. Jody did come through in the end and did get the manufacturer out here to fix everything. I have to say that Jody NEVER forgot about my windows and always followed through."

"Ridge Top was willing to work with me on pricing. Communication was consistent throughout the whole process. They provided me with multiple contacts, so there was always someone I could get a hold of if I had questions. Everyone I worked with was helpful and respectful. There were some delays, but mostly related to weather and material availability, and all delays were clearly communicated in advance. When I brought up a few details that I wasn't 100% happy with in the final walk through, they were back to my home within a week to fix/ finish things up. They installed new windows throughout the house, new siding, soffit, facia, and wraps."
