"Armor Shield was hired to remove our old tar & gravel roof and replace with a metal roof as well as replace our gutters. The roof project went very well and so far we are extremely happy with the new roof. What brought the rating down was the gutter installation. They installed the down spout extension across the sidewalk leading to our front door. We called twice to have them come out to fix this and they never came. We had to take care of the problem ourselves. If you have gutters installed make sure you are home to insure they are installed correctly."

Rep was personable, responsive, and informative. <br /> We were supposed to be contacted about a week after the purchase to finalize installation details, but they never called. We needed to call them. <br /> Dealer was told that no one would be available until 8:30 am for the install, but they showed up at 8:00 am  and called to see why we weren't there (poor communication between office and installers). Lead installer had very poor communication with clients - didn't even tell us that they were done with the project - just took the check from the counter, left a packet of information, and drove away. It would have been nice to have some information about the windows and things we should be aware of. The installation went well and the guys cleaned up nicely when they were done. <br /> Rep contacted us after install for feedback. Told him the information above. Said he would call me back within a few days - it has been over a week and still no call. <br /> Windows are a quality product and look great - I was surprised by the low level of customer service. Not at all what I expected for what we paid for the windows and installation. <br />"

Boy did we make the right decision !! We absolutely love it. They had the old door ripped out and the new door installed in no time. They cleaned up the mess and took all the old stuff with them. About a month or so later we called Larry to ask him about siding. He spent alot of time with us explaining the difference between the different sidings. We had steel siding and now have vinyl and they did an awesome job. Everyone was so polite and professional and took time to answer any questions we had.
