"Victor did a great job and his boss Ryan is polite and follows through with commitments. I will definitely use them again. They did an R&R of two coach lights, one outdoor sensor light and two indoor switches."

"I had the Angie's list deal of $89 for 2 man hours of electrical work. We didn't have the supplies at site so when they got here they quoted us a price of $360 to put the outlet in. I asked if that took into account the labor we already paid for. He said yes. They were already here, my husband said yes do the work. I asked for an itemized invoice when they were done. An email was sent to us just stating $360 for the job charged, no itemization. They took less than an hour to complete the job. They did a great job and were very nice, but beware of upcharging and not getting the angie's list deal. Since there were 2 electricians, and one was doing the outlet, I did have one of them install an indoor switch for me which I already had. Took him 15 minutes while the other one did the outlet. so total cost was $89 plus $360= $449 FYI-also they don't work on low voltage i.e.. nest thermostats."

"

Arrived exactly on time.  Immediately surveyed requested repairs and started work within 5 minutes.  No delays running back to his truck, unpacking tools etc.  So very professional!

Diagnosed problems with old wiring and offered options to proceed. Re-labeled incorrectly labeled breaker box and then quickly replaced 11 receptacles and three ground fault receptacles.  Even stopped to remove the end of a broken, rusted bulb in the dining room fixture.  Results exceeded my expectations because he was so fast and so efficient.

I feel so much safer in my home.

Michael is by far the best home-repair professional I have ever worked with and I have built a house and remodeled a house, so I have lots of experience with all of the trades.  I will hire him for everything electrical for as long as he is in business.

A++

"John was available to start the work on a Friday afternoon. He installed the new outlet competently and completely. However, John made three trips to Home Depot to pick up supplies. The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. Finally, he had quoted $200-250; but charged me $300 because the "supplies cost nearly $100.""

FAQs for electrical switches, outlets & fixtures install or repair projects in Green-valley-lake, CA

Wiring conversions for relocating outlets require upgrading the existing wiring to the correct amperage before installing the new outlet. This step ensures that the circuit safely supports the outlet's power demand. Engaging a professional guarantees that the alterations meet current electrical standards, thereby ensuring a safe and efficient installation overall.

Installing an outlet can be completed in 30 minutes, but professionals charge a minimum labor fee covering one to two hours of work. This fee accounts for travel, setup, and any extra tasks that may be required during the installation process. Bundling additional services with the installation can lead to overall cost savings while upholding stringent safety standards.
