Tom and two technicians came at 8:00 a.m. By 10:00 AM, a new gas boiler was in place, and one guy was working on the piping in the driveway while the other person was completing the installation. By 4:00 p.m. They call me to test the boiler. work like magic. The boiler passes its first city inspection for mechanical and electrical systems. I also want to mention that the price was very reasonable. PSEG estimate was almost twice the price. I recommended Tom to my next-door friend. So far, I am at a loss. The first thing he did when he arrived was check for CO emissions. He then determined that our 16 year old furnace needed to be replaced. Later that day we received an estimate via email, had all of our questions answered on the phone, and arrived the next morning prepared to remove and replace our furnace. Desmond and Robert worked all day, into the evening, in order to install the new furnace. They were determined not to leave us one more night without heat.
