"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. They are unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable and clearly not trustworthy. My experience currently has been a complete waste of time, money and emotional energy. Dr. CLARICE BROWN "

Shawn came out to conduct an estimate and inspect the property, which was more than anyone else did that came out to provide an estimate. At the end of the appointment, he provided the most detailed inspection report, detailed the packages available, and helped me determine what would best fit my needs. After scheduling the roofing job, Shawn remained in constant contact and the same is true for the entire team. I received regular communication regarding every aspect of the project including delays due to weather. The crew completed the job in 1 day as promised and sent tons of photos along the way. The customer service, care, and quality at Roofing Pups is unmatched and they make you feel comfortable with a process that can seem daunting. He said it was the chimney's fault, it was leaking. Not so, opened the wall and ceiling and had another roofer come spray water on the chimney, nothing, no leak. Then sprayed water on the cricket, water came in. Exterior Medics would not admit any fault. Had it repaired, no leak, no problem since then. Had recommended to a friend, never gain, he also had a bad experience. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND A COMPANY HAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK."
