"Danny, from HL Bowman, quickly understood the scope of the installation and used his expertise to make the installation seamless. As a result, the filtration system he installed is now operating perfectly to remove particulates greater the 5 microns from our well water. I would highly recommend HL Bowman for your plumbing needs. "

"Dylan was amazing. My hvac person retired & I found Dylan when my Central air decided to act up. He explained my unit was in approaching its last days but he could attempt to repair it if I wished but I decided it was time to do a complete new heating & cooling system & he made it a easy process. No pressure & no stress. Now we’re ready for the heat wave that’s apon on us. Thank you Dylan & your team for your professionalism & great service. I highly recommend & they’re my go to for plumbing as well as I’m about to have them replace my hot water tank before it becomes an issue"

"I needed to replace an older AC unit that is in a very tight spot in an attic. I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. Their pricing was about the same as everyone else so that was the reason I went with them. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother. Kyle and his team were exactly on time each morning and were very nice and professional and got everything installed smoothly with very minimal need from me. Would definitely recommend."

"Installed a ductless minisplit for three rooms in my house. The work quality was superb. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of work."

"Everyone I spoke to at Cotti-Johnson from the estimate through to installation of my generator were polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. At the outset, the scope of the project and its cost was explained to me in simple and understandable language. The installation took place precisely on schedule and was completed within 3 hours. I received the necessary follow-up calls from the office to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with Cotti-Johnson."

"My Experience with Blue Bear was Excellent and I Couldn?t be happier. I recently had a two mini split heads installed, from start to finish the team was professional, Knowledgable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain all the options, walked me through the installation processed, and answered any remaining questions I had. The installation itself was done quickly and cleanly-Everything looks neat and works perfectly. It?s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I?d high recommend blue bear plumbing, heating and air to anyone considering any HVAC install including mini splits!"

"The house I purchased was built in the 1950's. The house had the duct work for forced hot air but was heated by oil. Ross installed a natural gas furnace, coordinated for the removal of my oil tank and installed central A/C. The quality of the work was great and so is Ross's professional manner. He and his team were very efficient. I would highly recommend."

"Excellent customer service. They installed my Central AC quickly and cleaned up after they were finished."

"I typically get several estimates before any major expense. I do this to gather information as well as compare price and the people behind the websites. Two other companies were recommended to me by friends. Accurate was my third estimate. My previous furnace was installed by Accurate and serviced by Accurate so I was going to check with them before buying a new furnace. Accurate even showed up first thing one winter morning when the furnace didn't turn on.

Each estimate said something a little different about which furnace to buy and how it should be installed. Derek from Accurate showed up on time and appeared to know the product and the installation requirements - including the expectations of the local building inspector. The building inspector has to approve the installation when it is finished. I honestly don't know if I chose the right furnace by purchasing a TRANE. I didn't want the most expensive model and I wasn't pressured to buy it. I did buy the pricey air  filter since a family member has allergies.

The installation process went very smoothly. The man who spent all day doing the installation was low-key, friendly, and appeared to be doing a careful job. E.g., he didn't talk on his cell or blare a radio. Accurate arranged for the plumber to do the gas line hook up and the electrician to connect the new furnace and install a CO2 alarm. The plumber returned at a later date to show the finished job to the building inspector.

It took a lot of time to learn about the new high efficiency furnaces, talk to friends about how they managed home heating issues, and then meet with contractors. Since it's such an expensive and long-term purchase, it's a tough decision. I decided to stay with Accurate based on past experience and I think it was the right call.
