"It could not have gone better. They pulled the walls back in and secured them making me feel very safe! They removed the wall and created the space I was looking for. In my opinion...if you need help with your home or want to build a new one...you seriously need to call Reliable Builders!! Billy worked very hard to put together a plan I could really wrap my arms around. When we agreed what would work for my situation (and believe me when I say there were MANY challenges with this house), they came out and within two days they completed the work. They were very professional, polite and talented. Hats off to Reliable Builders!! Thank you gentlemen!! You rock!"

"That job went fine. I called them again this in the spring for a repair on my front porch which would be followed by window replacements and vinyl siding replacement. Everything was dependent on a specific timeline and one person doing his job at the appropriate time. The porch guy never showed. Neither did anybody come to check to see if he ever showed. Nobody called to check either. <br /> Finally on Friday afternoon, I called the Project Manager and told him that the guy had never shown up and informed him of my extreme displeasure. I then fired them. <br /> Saturday morning, the porch guy showed up with a bizarre story involving arrests, court dates, and Homeland Security. I was not impressed. He did not convince me to give the rest of the group a chance because I STILL needed someone to fix my porch. Furthermore, the Project Manager was as much at fault because he had not done his job in checking on the guy. <br /> iI was extremely disappointed in RRR the second time around because they did such a good job he first time. I don't know if the difference was because this wasn't an insurance job or what. However, the thought has occurred to me that I have NOT been under my house, so I really don't know if they've done the work or not. I don't know what it looks like under my house now. I'm taking their word for it that the mold is gone. I won't know until the termite guy or AC guy comes and crawls under the house. <br /> But I, in good conscience, would not recommend using them. <br />"

"i have recently had to change home owners insurance companies. the new company sent out a home inspector that went around and looked at the house. he determined without getting on the roof that it had major repairs. i was in a panic. Matt Duggan and his crew came out- inspected my roof and assured me that other than some minor wind shingles replacement and repair that my roof had several more years on it. they worked to get these small repairs done within the timelines set forth by the new insurance company. he not only charged exactly what he said $350 but he also typed up a letter and offered to speak with my insurance company if he needed. they were prompt and professional. i have several large dogs and he never blinked an eye- which is always a plus. i have asked him to come back out to give me a quote on fence and then in next few weeks plan on flooring. they are a great overall group. Every girl needs a good handyman and i think i have found mine. <br />"

"Excellent service.  Brandon installed electrical service to our vacant lot.  He worked with the electric company to get everything completed.  When power was turned on but we didn't have electricity, he sent someone out during a storm to get everything working.  We will definitely be using this company when we start building our house. <br />"
