"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I had a written estimate within 24 hours of my initial phone call to them for a complete HVAC replacement. The estimator arrived on time and made a point of first listening to what I thought I needed and what I wanted to get from my new system. He then gathered details of what was existing and came up with a proposal based on what was needed as well as my concerns. the installers were on time, they cleaned up extremely well when finished and the equipment looked great. They made a follow up call after a few day's to make sure all went well and asked if I had any concerns or issue. I did not. "The entire experience was 5 stars. My issue is that a duct from my central air system was leaking water. I had spoken with another major HVAC company before NGA and they dismissed me. Said its the summer and this happens. I then found NextGen Aire and had the pleasure of speaking with Erin. I explained my situation and concerns and and Erin quoted me a Wednesday visit but then was able to get me in for a diagnosis on Tuesday. Angel was my technician and he was great, he wore a mask for my health condition and worked with my physical limitations. Once the the problem was found, I then spoke with Erin about scheduling the work. Because it is that time of the year Erin couldn't get me in sooner than August 3rd but she understood the my concerns and how worried I was. The next day Erin reached out and was able to get me on for a 7am repair the same week. The work was completed by their technician Rudy. Rudy also was great to work with my limits by wearing a mask and face timing me to show the completed work. He also went above and beyond by address other ducts to prevent future issues not in listed on the work order. They have earned my business and I will use them water heater and central air system. They are caring and put in the effort and it start with Erin."
