"My apologies, I should have written this review months ago! They were responsive and cooperative in setting up the appointment. They sent pictures and background checks of the employees coming to my home. They confirmed the appt the day before, arrived on time and worked at a good pace all the way thru. The windows looked absolutely beautiful!! They maybe could have cleaned up after the gutters a little better....i had little piles of leaves and gunk at the bottom of a few gutter spouts....but certainly nothing that will deter me from hiring them again. Brendan, Christopher and Justin were great!"

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Well they did as was original explained by the sales person plus they explained in detail as they worked... They had to pump more cellulose in my attic than the had anticipated so job took a lil longer... But long story short I was pleased when they left bc I watched n they seemed to do a throrow job... Well it's a lil over a month since n right away I noticed my apt was not cold any more if any thing I had to lower my thermostat to 65 bc the apt was like a Sauna if I kept it at 69-70 like before! I jus recieve my first Nat'l grid bill and it was over 100 dollars less... And according to the bill it shows the usage from last year compared to this year... Very significant! Well I'm warm n cozy n there is a blizzard going on at this moment! I plan to comeback n update in another month or two to report if the savings r consistent... But so far getting this done I feel is the best n smartest decision I've made. For those who want to compare sq ft to price... My area was 70 sq ft plus the space between my ceiling n roof in two rooms... One room they stated was 2 ft of space that had to b filled ... Plus they were sweet enough to take photos of the condition of my roof for me so I didn't have to climb up which I had planned to do to check the condition of my roof... They saved me the trouble...I was able to evaluate work that I needed to do in the near future by the photo... So Thanks to Angies list and to JC Home Care n thier very professional n friendly tech guys...Highly recommended!

"Bill and his crew did the install seamlessly. I have used East Coast Mechanical in the past for a new boiler installation as well. They keep their appointments, they stand by their work, they return calls in a timely manner and their workmanship was flawless. They removed the air handler from the attic and installed the new one covering the floor and carpet so as not to get anything dirty. When they finished you didn’t even know they were here except for the temperature change. I would without hesitation recommend ECM for any HVAC work you need done."
