"We were not pleased with their pricing at all.  I paid $62 on Angie's List for them just to call me.  If I had gone with their servicing I think they would have subtracted that from their fee, but we didn't choose them because they were double the price of another provider.  Their customer service was okay.  I was just very disappointed in their price when we checked with another one that could do the same service.  It would have been better if they had more options on pricing.  They did have financing if you wanted to do financing; they had that available.  After we found the other provider, we called and canceled with Chrismon.  The only complaint I have about them was I think their pricing was way above, much more than the other one that we found.  That's the only complaint I have.  I think their pricing was way out of range. "

"Chris arrived only minutes after I reported my problem with my A/C. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and even more quickly, had the issue repaired. He was friendly, explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. The repair cost was reasonable. I expect to hire him for all routine maintenance needs and if an emergency repair is ever needed, I know who to call."

"Fast response and the technician found the problem within 10 minutes. They also checked the unit for other possible problems and found everything was okay. They took photos of the problem and showed explained the situation and how they can prevent the problem in the future. Their office mad a follow up call the next day to make sure we were satisfied. "The technician cleaned and calibrated the air conditioner. He pointed out that we had a part that was aging and could possibly fail at any time. He asked if we wanted to replace it. We told him to do what he needed to do to get the air conditioner working at full capacity. He quoted a price of $132. After checking our account, he returned to tell us that the part is covered under the 10 year warranty. He was very thorough and meticulous with his work.
We have dealt with Duggan for 8 years and had our unit serviced spring and fall each year. The office always communicates with the customer and let you know when the technician is on the way. During the eight years, all the technicians were knowledgeable, professional and  are always very polite. They wear shoe covers when in the house and leave their work area clean.
