"They were fine. They came out and were very responsive. We never caught anything but they met my expectations. They set the trap. We just didn't catch anything. The guy called me back right away. He worked with me. His original recommendation was to not do anything until two days later unfortunately I can't do that because the roofers needed to close up the hole that the squirrel probably got in so we kind of switched ears. He came out and set the trap. He said that the squirrel may go out on its own but we did what we could do. We set up the trap in the attic. We did not catch anything but he called me the next few days to see if anything was different. He came out and checked it a couple of times although it's just as easy for me to poke my head up in the attic to see if there's anything in there but he came out anyway and checked it to make sure everything was good. They were good. I did not have any more problems after they got here but it was kind of a coincidence that the squirrel got out."

"She was very pleased with them. She contacted them and had to leave a message and they contacted her right back. They came out within a week to fix the roof because my brother-in-law was fixing it and he had a stroke. So there was a tarp over it with leakage. It was a necessity and it had to get done right away. She told them that and they said they would be out within a week and they were and they fixed it. The price was very reasonable."
