He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "During a day when everyone in Pittsburgh was having a leak, they were the only ones to call me back. They came that afternoon to stop the leak and rip out the small area of dry wall. They replaced the part of the roof that needed to be fixed within a week and also repaired the affected area inside the house within a week. I had to call them a few times to remind them to come back to finish the work, but the owner was very sick, so he had a good reason. The job was reasonably priced and they did an A+ job. Highly recommend.

"Bob was very prompt to respond to an emergency plumbing need I had with my tenant's toilet being clogged & water leaking into first floor apt. bathroom. 
 
He took care of clogged toilet by pulling toilet & snaking out stack and Tenants were able to use immediately.
 Unfortunately he found a more involved issue with the flange being broken & corroded.  He explained what would be involved in repairing this & was able to come back next morning to complete the recommended service in a matter of a couple hours.
He was also very proactive & addressed some other "nagging" plumbing issues I had been putting off. He addressed slow a draining tub in 1st floor apt. by replacing some very old cast iron piping with ABS piping. And a low water pressure issue by replacing old galvanized hot water line with new copper line. And lastly he addressed a leaky hot water tank in basement by cleaning out the valve.
I felt the cost was a bit high, but I was very pleased with the quality & comprehensiveness of his service.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
