My focus is always quality. I treat every appliance like it's my own. I never cut corners, even if it's more expensive. While some of my competitors may seem cheaper, I will take the time to make sure it's the best option for the customer.\nSame day service is available.

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"The service was great, starting with the initial phone call and all the way through with technicians repairing the oven. The pricing for the visit and labor was reasonable. Unfortunately, the experience was spoiled by dishonest pricing of parts. I was charged $330 for 2 oven igniters (in addition to visit and labor charges). When I asked why they were so expensive, I was told that Viking parts have gone up in price since they were acquired (by Middleby Corp). Later I discovered that the igniters that were installed were not genuine Viking parts, but rather Supco replacement igniters easily available online for $15-20 a piece."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
