In addition, they gave us a 2 year warranty on the job as well as the ability to transfer this protection to new owners should we sell the property within the next 2 years. What he meant to offer was $100 instead of the normal $180 that he charges to come to your home a set up traps. He then normally charges $40 per animal captured. He told me of the mistake, but still honored his commitment. He removed the four raccoons for a total of $100. Not only that, but the poor man got heat stroke from working in all this heat. He is very good at what he does, and I would recommend him even at his regular price."

After taking possession of our home 2 months ago we found out that the previous tenants were raising reptiles and failed to inform anyone that they left some snakes behind.
