JD and his crew were fantastic! The estimate was competitive with other bidders and we felt the value of their services was very high. We had extensive wood rot damage around most of the windows in our house. JD and his crew were very detailed and careful as they removed the old windows, repaired the wood rot, and installed the new windows. The locations that were leaking before the window installation are leaking no more. Wood Rot Solutions also repaired rot on the exterior of our house, including trim and siding. Everything was caulked well and it was easy for the painters once they arrive. (Note: painting was not part of Wood Rot Solutions scope.) JD and his crew were very professional. They kept the interior of the house clean and even worked around our child's naptimes. We are VERY happy with our new windows.

At Plasterworks we mainly perform plaster work new and old renovations as well as ornamental plaster and any stucco applications as well. We have a fifth generation plasterer leading our crews and also have several artists to refurbish existing broken ornamentals or make a new design if desired. Phil is a winner! After we selected him to do a deck cleaning and restoration project, he met with us to see first-hand what was needed and explained the options clearly in a way that was easy to understand. With the details confirmed, he worked with us on dates, weather contingencies, and projected a completion date. As the work began, Phil noticed that many boards needed to be re-nailed, and worked around that area, taking care of that after I zipped to the hardware store and got the ones he specified. After he finished the work and the deck had time to completely dry, it looked fabulous--almost like new! Phil's workmanship is outstanding, as is his communication and friendly attitude.

 Shortly after this work was done, we hired Phil to replace a 4x4 ceiling in a sort of pantry/closet off the kitchen. Again, Phil's expertise in drywall repair and painting resulted in a great-looking ceiling that exceeded our expectations.

"Melvin and his crew were amazing! Very professional and timely. I had stucco cracking on the side and back of the house. It had been repaired in the past by the builder. However, it was a terrible job and quickly started doing it again. It has now been done correctly and looks better than when the builder did it. Matches and blends in with the existing stucco. You cannot tell where the crack was . They did a wonderful job and will be using them in the future for painting inside my home. I highly recommend Melvin and his crew!!
