Despite all the delays that inevitably came (none of which were his fault), he took ownership and made the kind of adjustments that kept the project on time and found ways to cut costs for me. I have nothing but high praise for his foreman as well. His foreman constantly stayed in touch with me and when subcontractors were running late, he would let me know right away.
