"We have a very unusal fit counter top for our kitchens.  Have not had one put in that was good at all.  The design makes it difficult to work with, but they called me back right away when I asked for a bid, I was able to send them a drawing of the counter we have, had a quote back within 12 hours.  When we accepted the bid they came right out, measured everything up, picked out our match color.  They had the counter top made and installed with in 5 days.  They did a fantastic job, the counter top is better then I could have ever asked for.  I will use them in the future!"

"It was actually frustrating.  We had two water heaters in our house and one of them was leaking.  We have only lived in the house for a year.  The guy came out and said it was the other one.  We had a little flood and we tried to figure it out, but it wouldn't stop leaking.  A couple of times before he came out, he sent other people so we were getting different feedback from them.  That was the frustrating part.  Three different people came out and the first couple of times they tried to bill us when nothing was figured out and it was still leaking.  We didn't actually pay anything until Dan came out and we just had to buy a new water heater.  The price was probably average.  I don't really know because we didn't really compare it with other water heater people.  We were frustrated.  We just wanted the leak stopped.  The quality was below average.  We had to go through three different people and other appointments.  If it had been accurate the first time, I would have been happier.  They were pretty responsive.  They came right out each time.  They were on top of it.  I don't remember if they were punctual.  I would use them again in the future, but I would ask to go straight to Dan.  He had more experience than the other people."

"After going to specialty kitchen & bathroom showroom, I stopped in the Top Shop showroom & talked to Tim.  He took time to listen to our needs & helped us make material selection for the counter top & sinks.  We scheduled a time for him to take a measurement.  He was on time & professional.  He also gave me the name of a custom cabinet maker that he has worked with in the past.  The vanity cabinet is very high quality & the cost was the same as an "off the shelf" cabinet!  Tim & our cabinet maker coordinated their efforts to make a beautiful bathroom vanity for us.   <br /> We did use the other kitchen & bathroom showroom for the rest of our materials.  I have no complaints with them either, other than a little higher price. <br />"
