SL has come in and replaced wiring, replaced the thermostat after rewiring the thermostat didnt work. And when one wire solution didn't resolve it, they didn't give up. They offered to provide fans in the summer and space heaters in the winter until the issue was identified and corrected. NOTE: The unit SL installed at prior address has only had regular maintenance needed to support warranty for over 8 years. My recurring issues are related to an incorrect installation during new home construction by an HVAC company who outsourced installation and then refused to stand behind their product & service."

"When we discussed the project I made it clear that I was dissatisfied with how the original contractor used flexible plastic ductwork instead of galvanized metal. Despite this, Lane replaced the ductwork with the same product. I was concerned that rodent damage would cause the same problem again so I had him add a metal pan under the ductwork to protect it. This added $200 to the job that ended up over $700. I think the job was easier than either of us expected it would be. I was under some pressure to get it done and done correctly, which it was, but I think it was a little more expensive than it would have been had I gotten competitive bids. I am otherwise satisfied with how it turned out. He did a good job and I don’t expect further problems."
