Was very happy with his work but did lose one star only because His receipt did not have Company name, address or phone number and we had no way of contacting him to verify further work he would be doing for us. He said he had left a message on Angi for us, but we did not know this since this was first time we used Angi."

I asked him when he could do the repair and he said he will repair it right now and I told him great! The service man was very knowledgeable and explained all of what he was going to do, he was very polite, he completed the repair in approx. 2 hours, he cleaned up everything when he was finished!! He done an "excellent job", all of the new parts he put on was included in his price quote!! "I called on a Friday and they were able to send somebody on Monday morning. I'm not sure if it was because they contacted me through Homeadvisor or because I was hesitant to have them come out without even a ballpark price, but they waived the trip charge. I told them that I had a leaking shower faucet and expected that the cartridge just needed to be replaced. I received a phone call and text 40 minutes before the tech's arrival as promised. Jake showed up on time and offered to wear the booties everybody brings these days, but between the time he spent sitting in his van and then writing up a quote after glancing at the faucet, it was at least half an hour before I even had the quote. My choices were $412 for the cartridge or $700+ to replace at least the valve and maybe more and then repair drywall. I assume the quote was written this way to trigger the upsale, but I will be selling my home soon and the drywall that didn't even need to be removed for this repair is already being replaced as part of a separate repair project. I was surprised that he didn't bring shower cartridges on the van since it seems like a common repair, and I'd specifically told them that's what I needed. He was gone for over an hour to get one from the supply center. Once he returned, he turned off the water, then went back to the van for a bit. Once he started on the faucet, it took maybe half an hour to swap out the cartridge. When he was done, Jake had me sign a few times, then emailed me an invoice with no text describing the service performed, just the total. I told him I needed some explanation of what was done, and he re-sent it with a blurb explaining a Moen cartridge was replaced and has a one year warranty. About an hour after Jake left, I received a follow up phone call to confirm everything was completed to my satisfaction. I have no complaints about the work, everybody was pleasant enough to deal with, and I know they create their quotes straight from a pricebook, but 3 hours and $412 to complete a 30 minute repair that requires a part costing no more than $50 just seems excessive."

"I had a few quotes, most of which were very high, when I contacted Todd. Todd was great at communication. While I had to chase the other bids and call them over and over, Todd actually contacted ME twice to make sure he got me a quote. He was fast, polite and courteous, and even fixed a broken cabinet in my kitchen for free while giving me a quote. That really sold it to me. :) Todd was excellent. He answered all of my questions, communicated quickly and clearly on scheduling. He also suggested that I try a new faucet to fix some water pressure issues with my kitchen sink, and boy was he right. It was like night and day! The install took only half a day, and it looks awesome. Everything went super quickly and smoothly, I almost can't believe how easily it all went. I would hire Todd again in an instant. "Where do I start?!? If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He was at my house an hour after I called in a panic when several drains were clogged and unusable. He was professional, friendly, and got right to work. His experience and problem-solving skills were clear right from the start. When my old pipes for one drain didn’t allow him to snake down far enough to clear the clog, he simply moved to another drain to do what needed to be done. Shortly after that, the clog(s) was cleared. When I despaired out loud while he was in the first drain that it didn’t sound promising, he simply replied, “Don’t worry, I’ll get it cleared!” I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone and everyone who needs an experienced, honest, friendly and hard-working plumber, and will be sending my family and friends his contact information.
