"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

"I'm awful with names but our technician went above & beyond with regard to the installation . Apparently the water heater did not include the necessary pan to go underneath the unit. He had to make a 25 mile round trip to Ace Hardware to get one. Aside from the time required to obtain the pan, the job was done quickly. I did my research prior to choosing Gilmore. All the reviews were stellar. The reviews for the other places were not. The final bill amount was on the extreme end of the spectrum from what I researched. Water heater installation is best done using as reputable a service provider as possible. It was an expensive investment but I would recommend Gilmore in the future."

"Ezra at Landmark construction energy crew is a perfect company in my book! I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. I will definitely be using Landmark construction energy crew to service my new tankless water heater when it needs it!"

The job was not an easy one due to location of the water heater and the tight space. They assessed the situation and gave me a bid in line with other bids given over the phone. They started work immediately. It is so refreshing to work with people who take pride in their work and who care for their customers. They did stellar work. They brought everything up to code and the job was done quickly and beautifully. Nothing left behind but a job well done and a very satisfied customer. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
