Fast forward to January 2024, some tiles in my floor felt warm to touch which I knew had something to do with pipes. I called Mr. Terry from American Plumbing and he came out that following Monday and performed a leak detection. It was a hot water slab leak from 2 lines. This time, Seth and Logan came out the very next day to reroute 2 hot water lines. One to the washer and one to the kitchen sink. These two guys are so awesome. Again, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation and without getting annoyed. This company is top tier. From the initial phone call with Chelsie (both times) to Mr. Terry coming out, to Seth and Logan performing the repairs. I recommend this company everytime."

"Mr. Devin responded within a minute to my request for service on Angies List even though he was on another call. He provided me with an initial time frame for his arrival at my job site. He communicated with me about 30 minutes after our original conversation about his specific expected time of arrival. He and a very able assistant arrived on schedule. They quickly assessed the problem and took action to clear the clogged main drain line to which the toilet drained. The job site was left clean. The cost for his service was almost half the amount quoted by another plumber."

"Derek responded to my calls when others wouldn't and came out punctually. Over the course of four days he worked to discover a major water leak in our system. Once he realized we had an old, decaying underground system tied in to a newer, exposed pipe system, he worked to cut off the old system by repiping. He also ran new lines to outdoor water faucets that were connected to the old underground system.

His crew was nice and helped make the experience good overall. The only side note being that there was some confusion on fascia color which we had picked out. Even so, the issue was corrected and the painting and stain on the posts looks great.

"They were able to come to give an estimate an hour after I called, and showed up on time.. Underneath the house was difficult to access, but they went under. The receptionist had told me that there would be a $50 diagnostic charge that would be applied to the cost of repair if the repair was done. One of the gentlemen said the diagnostic cost would be $75 because they had to go under the house, but when I told them what the receptionist said they only charged $50. They agreed to come at 8:00 the next business day, and showed up on time. They replaced the pipe, cleared a drain for the washer, connected the washer, and cleared a slow draining sink. They agreed to come to another location to get the check when I couldn't meet them at the property, and sent a receipt via email with a written 2 year warranty on the work. They did not want to honor the 5% discount from Angie's list, since they were already paying Angie's List for the referral, but I didn't argue because I did not present them with the coupon when they did the estimate, as was indicated. In general, I was pleased with the work and happy to get the warranty. I later discovered that the father of two of the workmen had been my mother's plumber many years ago! They have a long history in the city, which is reassuring."
