"Very happy with the work performed by Tony and his crew. Reason I went with them over my other quotes was that Tony pointed out a number of other problems with my system and fixed all of them during installation. The other companies didn't even notice them and even I could see that they would have affected my system's performance. Tony was very thorough with with his initial inspection and provided a detailed quote. He offered a number of options and made his recommendations, but wasn't high pressure at all like some of the others and explained everything in-depth. The installer, Ron, was professional and thorough. It was a two-day job and they cleaned everything up upon completion. Tony stopped by several times to oversee the installation. The inspectors commented that it was some of the best work they had seen and one said that he used Custom for his house based on their quality of work. Price was very fair for the amount of work and units I chose and competitive with my other quotes. AC has worked perfectly ever since and just waiting for the cold to hit and start up the furnace. "It went great, it was a messy job because it involved removing the old, nasty insulation, but the guys did their best containing the mess. The attic is very difficult to work in due to the low ceiling and they did a great job, no cracks in the ceiling or anything. I also ended up with a "super deck" which is a platform with foam underneath giving me some more storage space that I desperately needed. I can see now that my neighbors house has icicles (which can signal an impending ice dam), and I have none. I gave a B for price because this is an expensive job, I don't believe you can get it for significantly cheaper, but the quality of the job, comfort, and properly functioning attic space are definitely worth it."

"Mike called me back right away and fit my semi emergency in for 6am the next day. Mike was early and really knew what he was doing. We had an electrical short somewhere in the condo and he found it right away. Mike replaced the light and the disposal with no problem. Also brought the old outlet up to code by installing a GFI. I was very happy with the prompt return call unlike the other 15 electricians I called. A few of the electricians(who bothered to call me back) wanted to charge me 85 dollars just to come in the door and they couldn't squeeze me in until next week!! Once Mike saw what the problem was he gave me a price and did the job. I don't feel overcharged and I am confident the job was done the right way. I appreciate quality work. The windows are great and the installation was exceptional. Our order went in just before the covid shut down, so there was a considerable delay, but Mark was very good about follow-up and keeping us informed. His installation crew was exceptional."
