"Terrific experience. Scheduling was easy. My technician, Guy, gave me a call ahead of time, hit the time he said he'd be here and was courteous and efficient. I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

Despite the weird shape of the house and not a lot of extra space to work with, Druziako figured out a way to get it installed. They was fantastic from the initial estimate appointment through finishing installation. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell it is a family owned business. The price was extremely reasonable and everything got done quickly. It took a couple of extra days beyond the original plan but that was only to make sure it all got done correctly and to figure out how to work out a few problems (again with the old house). Great communication including after the fact to help us get rebates and warranties set up. 100% recommend."

Since it was very old, we decided to install a new system. They were very busy, so we had to wait a few weeks for the new install. Unfortunately, they showed up a day late due to a scheduling error. The camera showed a drop in the Sewer line and a line pitch problem, going from a 5 feet pitch to only a 2 1/2 feet pitch by the sidewalk. My line was cleared and now I am waiting for and estimate to fix or re-installation of the Sewer line."
