"They did a good job with the install. When I had a problem with the unit 8 months later the owner himself responded and fixed it have no charge."

"I cannot recommend these guys enough! I am not a patient person, when it comes to work on my house. They EXCEEDED my expectations! Their install was professional, well communicated, clean and efficient. Work was done while my twin babies were home, and they were incredibly accommodating. Their service people have been quick to reply to every question I have had after install was completed. I, honestly, will never have to shop around again - Comfort Professor will be my first and only call."

"Milltown was exceptionally responsive (before, during and after) the work was performed. Across the Milltown organization, they were responsive to my questions about water heater selection; Mike was responsive and a partner in selecting the best location for the new unit and after, Milltown and Mike were immediately responsive when part of the unit was not operating as expected. Milltown is a solid organization that takes pride in their work."

"Could not be happier with the install of our new propane system. They were very easy to work with Quinn answered all my questions Doug and Bernie and I forget the other guys name were a pleasure to have in my house. They did the work and the Quoted amount of time. They handled all the inspections and permits with the town. Extremely happy with the level of service and would recommend to anybody looking for heating needs. Edit from 2 years ago?. The company still has not picked up old water heater and boiler. Have called a number of times to get this done. Vicki is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Rude. Has zero phone skills. Should really look into finding a new person to answer the phones. She was basically yelling at me for asking, follow up questions. And when I I said, why are you yelling? She said so you would know if I was yelling at you. But she definitely was yelling. I really hope those phone calls are recorded. They?ve got their money. So obviously the customer service ha"

"Replacement was urged by technician after routine inspection of heating system. Water heater wasn't part of the service but, tech checked it anyway. Nice enough of him to do that. After showing me his concern (legitimate) I asked for a quote to replace. Outrageously expensive considering cost of materials. Later learned techs are incentivized to sell service and parts. Dropped them as my go to plumbing and heating guys. Water heater still working 3years after urgent replacement was quoted"

"The young technicians who came to my home to installed the new thermostat and move it to another wall in my home were polite and conducted themselves professionally in my home and cleaned after themselves. I very appreciated Uri suggestion when he recommended to me another alternative at the initial visit and gave me a few quotes to choose from. So I'm very happy with ER service and I would rehired these two individuals back to my home. I will definitely recommend ER to other people in my life."
