He's conversational, he gets right to work he's very knowledgeable, great around children, loves his work and helping his community as a retired civil servant I feel he's a true pillar of the community. Literally one of those people just raised right. With experience in many fields of services It's hard for me to trust people but this man I knew I could trust within a few minutes. I highly recommend him, he started when he said he would. He was working straight through, he fit in tight places no one else could. He never complained, he wasn't on his phone like a lot of others guys that supposedly working, he's very determined to do a good job he went extremely far beyond expectations. Was a man of his word as far as pricing I told him no one else could fix it he said if he couldn't wouldn't be a charge. He couldn't fix it because of the extensive damage today. So he refused payment. I truly hope he returns sometime to catch up. "

"Plumbing Service on 8/2/2025 I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the plumbing service I received from Zoom Drain on August 2, 2025. I contacted your company for three issues: 1. A clogged drain in my walk-in tub 2. A replacement for the tub?s drain stopper 3. A small leak under the kitchen sink I was told there would be a $200+ service charge?regardless of whether any work was completed. That should have been my first red flag. When the technician, Eric, arrived, it quickly became clear that he did not know what he was doing. Not only did he fail to resolve any of the issues, but he also managed to make the situation worse. As for the simple task of replacing a drain stopper, I was told it would require an entirely separate visit. Seriously? This is unacceptable. I paid for a service and received nothing of value in return. There was no resolution, no professionalism, and certainly no reason to justify the cost. Use the company at your own risk."
