"Logan and Nate did an excellent job in installing a new water heater. I really appreciate it!"

"With Water Heaters Plus , we got a better price on a hot water heater than other companies had quoted us. The product also had a much better warranty. Customer service was great."

"Great experience from beginning to end! (From our salesman, David, to the installers, Travis & Jared). Everything was well explained & I highly recommend using Logan AC & Heat Services. We had our 24 y/o system upgraded to a high efficiency, 2 stage, Trane system. Our old 2-ton system was too small to make our 2 story home comfortable. Logan installed a 3-ton A/C unit, & had to replace some old, smaller duct work, as ours was not equipped to handle the new system properly. The install took 2 days since the duct work was needed. Overall, everyone was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional."

"Great 👍 job well done the service men were very polite"

"John did great job , clearing our drain ! He even did water repair for my brothers pool lines ! And has done work for my dad. All very satisfied. Thank you John ! We will call him if needed again. !"

"I called at 8:00 am and they were here at 9:15. The representative explained the problem and resolved the issue. He answered my questions in a manner that I could understand. I will need a new water heater soon and he showed me several options. I will use them again."

"We had an issue with our gas water heater and needed to replace it. After submitting the job information to HomeAdvisor and reading his reviews, I gave James a call. I am glad I did because he was courteous, prompt, and I felt this pricing was very reasonable. James was very nice and explained everything he would be doing throughout the entire process; he even followed up with a call to check in. If you are looking for a genuinely nice person that will do great work, give James a call - If I ever need more work done, I know I will."

"Due to work performed by a previous contractor, our main sewer line cracked. It was the week of Thanksgiving, and I was hosting, and we had to turn off the water. They promised me they would get our problem fixed before family arrived from out of town. There were unexpected complications the day they worked on it and they called in the other crews to come and help as they finished their respective jobs. They got the job done and we had plumbing and water for our holiday weekend. They worked hard and kept their promise, and stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. They provided excellent service and care!!!"

"Josh did a fantastic job. Honest and straightforward. Great service and price. Highly recommend."

"I’m a Realtor, and I use BCI for all my plumbing needs! Heather and Jay always get back to me quickly and provide qualify work. Would recommend! -Joe"
