"Jesse was amazing, to say the least. He did a thorough job of replacing my water heater, from start to finish. He is very personable, knowledgeable, extremely neat and informed me of the process throughout his work. I can't say enough about my experience with Jesse on this installation. He is the best!"

"Tom has done work for us multiple times and has always done an excellent job! He has replaced bathroom faucets, come out in emergency situations when we have had a leak, and come to unclog drains. "Although I hired the plumber to install the hot water heater I was not present during the installation. My brother in law was present and thought they did a professional job."

"Addison was great. He came and completed the install of my brand new hot water tank in under an hour. He was reasonable and upfront with the pricing as well. I would definitely recommend Sanders Plumbing. I will be a repeat customer in the future."

"Noah got back with me right away and worked up the pricing and installed the new water heater the next day. They removed the old heater and gave me detailed instructions on care and maintenance for the unit. I had a question about the water temperature and he stopped in the next morning to make sure it was set correctly which it was. Would definitely call them for my next project."

"Hot water heater not working, Ethan and Kevin came out when they said they would and fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate. They were very efficient, polite, showed the bad parts that were removed. Also cleaned up before leaving. Will hire again."

"Josh Powell was professional and installed a new water heater quickly."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
