Steve was here within 30 minutes of my call, brought a full team within an hour and had the situation completely under control on day one. Came back the next day for follow up and adjustments, and the next day to finalize everything. Sump pump failed gave is 3 inches of water in the basement. They moved everything, disposed of what was damaged and brought in tons of fans and dehumidifier to fix. They sprayed disinfectant to keep mold from growing, and even fogged to get to the nooks and crannies. The invoice was detailed and completely reasonable. (Even tho Steve heard what insurance was giving us!) I just had the sense that these guys have a service ethic, as befits their name and actual employee make-up. I can enthusiastically recommend them to anyone, and would be happy to serve as a reference for them! Thanks again guys!!!"

"The company is competent but a bit disorganized. Service manager was very responsive. Interactions with the techs were mixed. The first tech suggested we wait till the problem recurred. The second tech was unable to go into the attic where the A/C was (although I had informed the company that the A/C was in the attic when I made the first appointment) The last tech seemed the most knowledgeable and fixed the issue. Scheduling was also somewhat disorganized. The last tech showed up without notice; luckily I was home. Also, the company charged an unexpected service charge of $99 over and above the cost of the actual work done. All that said, I will use them again. They're pretty friendly, overall cost wasn't too bad, and the problem was ultimately fixed."
