"They scheduled to come in March, they showed to the scheduled to do the installation that seemed to go okay. So, that was the week of March 21st on Saturday. And when they finished the job but nobody came to check anything when the entire order of the sliding casing for the locks were detached from the door and turns out that it was missing some bunch of screws when they came back on Monday. I had two different people to speak with over the weekend, but I never heard anything else. I even sent emails and photos to the company over the weekend but nobody responded and this whole thing. It was over a month a month now and it was still not resolved. It is very difficult to lock and unlocked the door which also makes my kids being annoyed with it. On weekend, someone answered the phone and told me that someone will come but nobody really came to resolved this."

"Sales man was very late with no courtesy call to let us know what was going on. Salesman over promised on 'paint ready' resizing only to find out after the install that they're not finishers and cannot meet this expectation, though it's in my contract that way. I've now had to pay a drywall finisher to complete this work that Window Nation was paid to do. We have marble sills throughout the house. With enlarging 4 windows, that also means I need 4 larger sills. These sills are no where close to matching the existing sills. This should have been mentioned by sales and perhaps we would have purchased all new sills to match. Now I have 2 new and 1 old in the same room - it doesnt look good! A window was completely left off the order, was to be added but have never heard back. A bathroom window was installed with regular glass, should have been privacy glass. This was pointed out upon install. Again, no status update. Installers accidentally dropped something down the staircase damagingmy banister - that hasn't been resolved. I've worked with the Install Manager until he just cant do anything more. I've had a conversation with the Customer Fulfillment Manager but she's never gotten back to me. Install of the size for size replacement windows was fast and the installers were great! Very polite, courteous, mindful of me working while they were in my home, answered all of my questions. If only replacing size for size windows, Window Nation is fine. If doing anything additional, I would not recommend them! This install was for 13 windows, 4 of which were enlargements. Project started on May 21. As of today, July 7, still incomplete."

"We had some wind damage a couple years ago and we hired Ed and his team to do the replacement. They did a great job then and the price, quality of work, responsiveness and professionalism was excellent. Two weeks ago we had some minor wind damage (one piece of siding came loose) and I contacted Ed and his team to do the repair. Ed came out, provided a free inspection and even was courteous enough to offer the repair free of charge. The repair was completed this week and once again was great work. If we have any additional siding projects in the future, New Look is who I will be calling. Definitely would recommend New Look to any and all who have a siding job."

When they came out, they were both very nice, and explained what was going on and what needed to be done, while also providing options. I have multiple other projects around the house that are out of my capabilities, so I plan to have Joel do much more for us in the future. Highly recommended!"

"The job overall was completed but not in the original way we spoke about via text, images, and verbally in person. The quality of the work that was actually done was satisfactory. He told me on various occasions that the way I wanted the job to be done was more difficult and time consuming than what he wanted to do. I wanted the problem subflooring removed in a large section and replaced. What was done: replacing pieces to either side of the middle and reinforcing the middle area rather than replacing. This was then charged as 3 separate pieces, ultimately resulting in a moderately higher bill via unit pricing. I wanted the bathroom flooring ripped out prior to VLP being laid. 1/3 was ripped out before he stated that this again was too labor intensive and wanted to just lay the VLP over the existing sheet flooring. I let him lay half his way. Via text when asked for a new estimate on the higher end was $675. I was charged 51% higher."

"BEWARE. This is a scam. After a walkthrough of my home, I received a quote for $827.76, I was not given an option to pay after the service, and my CC was charged $886.92 by SERVICE CONVENIENCE INC. to replace four window panels. The technician arrived and after an inspection of the windows, told me that he would only be able to repair three of the four windows because he did not have the correct equipment. I told him I would be in my office while he worked on the windows and to let me know when he was finished. An hour or two later, the technician was nowhere to be found. There were messes around two of the four windows that he replaced, he did not even attempt to replace the third and he had broken two additional windows (the panels outside of the interior panel that he replaced). This was over a month ago and it has been a nonstop headache ever since. I have more broken windows than when I started, a mess to clean up, non stop back and forth with this fraudulent company who hasn't even refunded so much as a dollar and I am out nearly $900. Their offer, after all of this, was to refund me $134.44 - a number that doesn't even make a bit of sense - but it is "going to take awhile because they have a new computer system" I am out almost $900 and in an unsafe situation with my street level broken windows. I have sent several messages and I am clearly out out of luck, but you don't have to be. Do not hire this company."
